What qualifications do I need to apply?
Experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is preferred. Compassion, patience, and reliability are essential. Some roles may require specific certifications (e.g., CNA, CPR/First Aid). Background checks and references are required for some positions.
What are the typical job duties?
Depending on your role, your responsibilities may include assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; providing companionship and emotional support; handling light housekeeping and meal preparation; running errands and providing incidental transportation; as well as offering night supervision and safety monitoring.
What are the working hours and shifts?
We offer flexible schedules, including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Where are your services provided?
Our primary service area is Chicago, IL, and surrounding suburbs. However most positions involve working in clients homes or at partner facilities.
Is training provided?
Yes, we provide initial orientation and ongoing training to ensure high quality care and professional development.

What is the hiring process like?
Our hiring process includes an application review, followed by a phone screening and/or in-person interview. We then conduct background checks and reference verification. If selected, candidates receive a job offer and participate in an orientation to prepare for their new role.
